

I am a former gymnast and swimmer who represented New South Wales
This provided me with a solid foundation for understanding health & fitness! These sporting fields soon transitioned in to a passion for exercise and pushing the bodies ability in movements that require considerable technique.
I want to ensure training is something all of my clients are excited to do each day!
I am big on ensuring the correct technique is used to ensure there are no injuries. That said I have worked with Physiotherapists & other allied health professionals in the past when rehabilitating clients from any injuries. I have learned that good posture, increasing mobility, strength & fitness will play a significant part in the way we age & I want everyone to enjoy a quality of life to their utmost potential!
My aim as a fitness professional is to provide a fun and active way to help individuals achieve their chosen goals!
